OUR STORY

We're Ben and Tracy Glynn, a husband-and-wife team with Epique Realty. Before moving to Florida, we owned a boutique real estate brokerage in Wisconsin. We've moved across the country ourselves, so we know firsthand what our clients are going through. Today we live and work in St. Johns County, and we focus on new construction, relocation and corporate transferees. We're consistently ranked in the top 1% of agents in Northeast Florida, and over 75% of our business comes from past clients and their referrals. TRACY GLYNN

Tracy has been a licensed real estate agent for more than 20 years. She co-founded The Glynn Team with Ben and works the same Northeast Florida market, from St. Augustine and St. Johns County to the Jacksonville Beaches. Tracy specializes in new construction, relocation and corporate transferees, guiding clients through builder contracts, long-distance moves and tight timelines. Like Ben, she believes great service means listening first, being honest about the market and staying with you through every step of the move.
